New to all this

Sorry to bother.

I am new to all of this and was using a tutorial video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vr-Fsd6M5Tk) to make a grid-movement dungeon crawler. I'm stuck at the moment though as the video never talks about what to do with doors, wall buttons, etc despite all of those being included in the tileset the video maker gives.

If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be amazing.
