What exercise/workout is needed to lessen butt size?

sometimes my colleagues make fun of how big my butt is because it's bigger than the average. Sometimes they even slap it out of nowhere which makes me feel embarrassed.

Is there anything I can do to make my butt smaller or if you have the same experience as me, how did you deal with it?
