Orbis overlanding help

Hello, hoping to see if anyone has any experience with this company.

Recently ordered a rack wing from them but it's been just about a month and haven't received any updates about my order. I've tried reaching out several times through email and the support section on their website.

I'm close to just charging back through PayPal, but I really do want the wing I ordered.
