Yes betas are meant to test and improve, BUT…

Blizzard has demonstrated their incompetence and that they are extremely ignorant of what makes classic classic and how balance should be tuned.

It’s extremely alarming that they got to the point of a PAID beta before identifying these blatant mechanic issues like Druid thorns and wrath damage, the warrior rage system, the retail slop visuals, etc

Yes they can be fixed but it’s a blatant demonstration of the fact that their priorities are not in line with classic (too much dev time spent on the in game cash shop, transmog, blue elves and their Druid forms, HD lock incubus pet, etc
