Considering Coast Mountain College

Hey, I'm from the prairies and although I'm a couple years away, I wanted to know if anyone had a good experience at CMTN? I love the outdoors and mountain biking, and I'd be taking the IT program. The cost doesn't seem awful either. My main concern was with the issues regarding cuts and layoffs and not knowing whether this is a reason to stay away. Town seems very nice and I'd love to live there. Thanks for any info!
