I couldn’t get a boyfriend in high school due to being average looking. Is this normal?

I (18F) just graduated a few months ago. The boys at my school were always crushing on the girls who were instagram pretty, like the cheerleaders. As for me, I was plain/ordinary looking so no boy liked me. Never had my first kiss, never held hands. Is it possible for me to attract guys if I’m not like those girls? I feel like guys my age have really high standards when it comes to looks.
