Memantine and Oxycodone

Anyone here on Memantine and Oxycodone or other opioids? I'm finally being prescribed Memantine with my Oxycodone prescription.

What are your experiences? How long for the Memantine to start working? When did you go from 5mg to 10mg and did you go any higher?
