Created a burner account. I'm working with this company and I will not in the future. Here's why,

Incompetent: I was supposed to start August 18th but I didn't because the recruiter did not correctly submit my labs and Urine drug screen. They did not test the urine for the all drugs required by the hospital and they did not label test results correctly. I was told by hospital HR that my name was the lab results but not my birthday, so they rejected. I had to retest for another lab not once but twice.

Lies: When I spoke to them prior to signing the contract, I asked about health insurance, they said of course. I haven't been contacted to sign up for anything. And I never will, I'm on week 5 now. I was told by "HR" by text that I would be reimbursed for that lost week, haven't seen a dime.

Pay: This one really upset me. I didn't get paid on time for the first week. They were evasive with me on when I would get paid. The contract stated I would get paid weekly, but not what day. They did not give me a way to access my paystub. Trust me, I was screaming. They finally sent me only a copy of my paystub but not how to access the payroll company. I called the payroll company and they told me how to access my account. I finally got paid because I had to authorize the payroll company to do direct deposit. I got paid, but late. I now get paid on time.

Also, I have a vacation coming and I"m pretty sure the hospital knows nothing. I'm going to email the manger about the vacation. Unfortunately, I like this place and will like to work with them in the future. I haven't told the hospital anything about my problems. Feel free to ask me questions.
