Is it morally wrong to use Ai to make a picture?

I want to try out ai to make a picture for my phone wallpaper. I have never tried it out before since I see such massive animosity towards it on this app and anytime someone posts a picture that uses ai I see it very downvoted and many many hate comments.

Im kind of scared to try it out because I dont want to be a bad person. Is it okay if I just use it 1 time or is it better to avoid it and never use it?
