First time visiting BGC and Manila area.

Problem/Goal:

Not sure how much money I should bring for a 5 day stay, and if I’ll be okay as a solo traveller.

Context:

Hello! I (25F) will be travelling to BGC and area for the first time. Actually, I am from overseas and haven’t been to the Philippines for more than 10 years. Medyo wala akong alam since I was from the south back then, probinsyana ganern.

Is it safe for a woman to stay there alone? And may mga areas ba na I should avoid walking or staying? Thinking of renting an airbnb pero not sure pa which area. Also, roughly, magkano kaya maganda allowance when visiting? I do like going on cafes and all that.

Okay lang ba ang commute there? How do ppl usually get around? Medyo di ako familiar with taking jeep and busses na. Any apps to download? Ano pinakareliable na rideshare?

Also, ano ba pinupuntahan ng mga tao there usually? Haha narecommend lang sakin but I really am not sure what to do there.
