My fantasy is the following with my wife friend. First need to mention about 12 years ago my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and her decision was full removal of both breasts and I supported her decision; however I was a breast man and daily would play with her breasts and jerk off while sucking them or she would stroke me while sucking them. Fast forward 12 years and here is my fantasy that stroke to.

The wife’s friend is about 15 years younger as 40 years old, she is much larger than my wife at about 200 lbs and very large tits, wife was a D cup after the kids. Her friend is really not my type but when we hug her tits are pushed into me and makes me long for them. She is married. I do not want to fuck her due to no attraction other than her giant tits.

I fantasize that the wife and I talk about how I miss playing and sucking on her tits and being jerked off, I fantasize that the wife brings up to ask her friend to be her titty surrogate and like me suck and play with them while I jerk myself off. Of coarse the friend says yes and her husband is into willing to allow it and occasionally watch.

The first time my wife wants to be there for observation and guidance. Her friend sits at one end of sofa and I am then told to lay down on my back ack and am allowed to start massaging her tits through her shirt and bra. As I do this my cock gets hard in my pants. My wife tells me to go ahead and release her tits. I lift her shirt up and over head head and there is her huge sagging tits in a white bra. , I realize truly how large they are and grab each other one with my hands and push them together. From me playing with the her nipples are quite erect and you can tell she has never had work done to her tits because the aerolas are oval and not perfectly round. The more I play with her tits and suck her nipples, they go more pointy and so does my cock in my pants. My wife instructs her friend to reach down and get my cock out. She reaches down with her fat arms and chubby hands and works at release my extremely hard cock; once he is free she just stares at as she let’s go of it and it stands straight up at full attention. Her eyes are wide and my wife states “It is a pretty impressive cock, isn’t it?” Her friend blinks while staring and says yes it is. She tell’s her husband to stand up and take his cock out; he does as instructed and he is no where close to my girth or length.
The friend asks if I want lube and I tell her I do not require lube for her to jerk me off and she starts stroking my hard cock. I start sucking her nipple like no tomorrow. She is stroking me just as hard as I am sucking her tit. It does not take me long to cum all over her hand and myself and once she stops stroking my wife gives her a tablespoon and she starts scooping up my cum and spoon feeding herself my cum. Her nipples are still hard and I am sucking them softer then before I came. Once she is done spooning up and eating my cum she tells her husband to come over and fuck her because she is horny. My wife and I sit there and watch them fucking.

After this day I am able to go to their house for a suck and tug. She looks forward to me sucking her tits, her husband looks forward to fucking her afterwards and I get to cum while sucking some Big-Ol-Titties.
