Is Chime predominantly a bank for people with not a lot of money/resources?

I’ve noticed there’s always a celebration in this sub whenever social security, VA, or other welfare-type of money is scheduled to be sent out. I don’t really see that same kind of thing at other banks subreddits. Is Chime a bank for mostly less fortunate people?
