Stolen Identity?

I’m in TX and got an email thanking me for my purchase in Atlanta, GA today. Someone used about $70 worth of my rewards and got all of their products for free. I can’t figure out how to contact B&BW. Any suggestions on what I should do? Or just accept the L?
