Classes seem like they're getting more complicated, which is the new simplest class?

One thing I liked about WoW classic was that there were some more braindead classes, like Ret Paladin (I'm something of a Ret myself, if you know what I mean). I don't play retail because its way too much guitar hero for me.

Now, me and my smoothbrain aside, I'm very interested in playing WoW Forever on Hardcore when it comes out, but I'd love to be able to think about what is actively happening as opposed to making sure I can make my fingers do the dance well.

However, it seems like a lot of classes got a lot more buttons (I haven't played, just read some, maybe it's not as bad as some guides made it seem). For those of y'all in the beta, what are the easiest classes in terms of complex button sequences?
