40 [M4F] Downtown - vegan scifi need seeks same (or similar) for long conversations and eventual art gallery visits

The colder months in Toronto are wonderful, even though I hear that this year might be hotter than most I won't let global warming or heating political tensions keep me from enjoying sweater weather. I'm hoping to meet someone who might want to share that weather with me

The Me Section: I'm tall, still kind of skinny, I'm university educated and I love to learn, I'm kind of well-travelled and I'm fairly well-read, I'm a cat person but dogs really like me. I have no sense of balance but I will go dancing with you, I can sing but my taste in music is questionable, I can cook for you but I cook according to my morals (so no foie gras, sorry). My hobbies include walking through beautiful parts of the downtown core while talking about ancient plays and superhero franchises. I study cyberpunk and cosmic horror films and I'd love someone to talk to about that. I think that zombie movies, vampire films, and werewolf stories are all a part of the same supergenre of horror where someone is changed into something other than who they were before. Ridley Scott, Terry Gilliam, Edgar Wright, and Wes Anderson are my favourite filmmakers and I'm interested in having that opinion changed if you'll share your favourites too

My Ideal Woman: twenty-metres long, can fly and breathe fire down upon her enemies, has scales stronger than any shield forged of bronze or iron, has viciously dominated at least one feudal kingdom. I am willing to compromise with some of these ideals however

Hoping to find someone who wants to talk about everything and nothing, because everything is wonderful but it also seems like nothing's going quite right in the world right now. Let's trade texts for a while and maybe we'll like each other to meet up at the AGO. I studied plays, linguistics, and cultural studies in school so I have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to paintings: that should be fun
