tymo hair tool

does anyone using the tymo see that it like catches hair in the combs? i always brush my hair before passing it, and I do have curly hair — and a nanoplastic treatment so I mainly just focus on my roots, and it seems like hair still gets caught in the teeth, and am wondering if it’s contributing to my hair damage?

i’m trying to really take care of my strands, and be gentle as I have been working on length retention and also just the overall density of my fine hair.

Does anyone use any alternatives to Tymo for targeting roots or do I just need to get a new one since their might just be little cracks in the teeth combs where my hair might be catching?
