Which Dental Loupes company has the best customer service?

It's pretty astounding to me how bad customer service and reps are when it comes to loupes. The different between reps for loupes vs other dental supplies/devices is widening. And it appears pretty universal. Why isn't there more pushback? Are there any companies that have great loupes and equally great customer service/reps?
