The new characters are punching too far above their freshman status

I'm on episode 6 of the new show and so far....tooo many of these characters are the absolute best of the best when they are only freshman.

Rashida is turned down multiple times to be the teachers aid because it's meant for Sophomore-Seniors but she gets it anyway because she can put together an entire binder in a night.

Shaquille is thee star athlete who is seen as punching down by playing for Hillman.

Amir manages to get the Hillman’s Mental Health Center job.

I know episodes are short nowadays but let these characters breathe.
