MI: Question about appliances

Location: Michigan

My lease ended 9/11/26 - my letter stated 9/30/26, but my old landlord got antsy and harassed me into leaving early. All appliances were super old when I moved in 9 years ago, but still worked.

His new listing for the house says he replaced the stove/oven, dishwasher (I never used this), and garbage disposal. Can he charge me at all for these?

I tried to find depreciation in MI but couldn't find anything about how much landlords can charge. He also replaced carpet and painted, but after 9 years I don't think he can charge me for those. The carpet was not replaced before I moved in.
