Can’t Apply for Discover Student Cash Back

Hi everybody i’m trying to apply for the credit online using both pre-check and the real application but both of them kept giving me a error saying there was a problem with the website and that I should try again after submitting the application.

I tried 3 times on both safari and chrome on both my mac and window computer (no extension).

Does anybody have this problem before? Does it have to do with the new Capital One deal?
