Can i work at a dsp at the same time?

Mb if it’s a dumb question but i was wondering since im at a fulfillment center could i work at a dsp at the same time. I’m on flex (4hour) but i just got my 5th write up for rate in under a year and i think if i get 6 in a year im terminated. Im in pick btw. Also has anyone worked at a dsp and how was your experience ? Is it bad how people say it is?
