What is this type of tone?

This is my all time favorite type of acoustic tone, I can hear the chorus, but there's something else I just can't place, there's videos on tiktok of this same type but I can't link them here. However the Jar of Flies studio recordings use it in every song most notably nutshell and I Stay Away. Additionally is there a good acoustic guitar for this tone I want? I'm buying a new one soon so yeah 👍
