Misfire on #3 making me crazy

Tried:
Made sure plug and coil are dry

New coil and plug then swapped coil and plug to different cylinders

Cleaned and swapped Injectors

Checked the compression all four are fine

Swapped out the entire engine module wire loom for a junkyard one

Tested injector with Noid Light

I don’t think the intake is leaking

Ac compressor is not engaging but I think that’s unrelated

Is there an intake flap thing? How do I test it or deal with it? (It is a possible suspect?)

It’s no rocket ship but I don’t feel like it’s down on power or idling bad

The new Loom seemed to help and the Cruze control is now working

But I’m lost

I don’t know what is going on.

Any advice or jokes or anything, suggestions, heckles, possible re checks or anything welcome!
