how can i connect a xiao esp32-s3 sense with battery to 3 led rgb ws2812b of 1 pixel

I was thinking of connecting 3 led ws2812b 1 pixel to the XIAO ESP32-S3 sense with a 3.7v battery, will it work or will i fry it
