solidcore with a leg issue
I had a pretty severe injury (broke my femur, dislocated kneecap, meniscus tore, ligaments unhooked) on one of my legs about 18 months ago. While that’s a very long time, the doctor removed half of my meniscus. I can walk for the most part without pain, but my quad on that leg is still pretty atrophied in comparison to the other leg. I have gone to two classes and absolutely love it, but I feel very hindered by the state of that leg.
How should I approach it going forward? I definitely let the coaches know and they help me out, but it’s hard for me to do some of those exercises. However, I’m not going to get mobility back without consistent exercise.
Should I get a 4/month, 8/month, or unlimited? What sounds realistic?
