Activation help please1

I'm a bit of a noob so go easy on me but I have USDT TRC20 only in trust wallet, no trx - after researching it seems I can rent energy to cover the transaction to move it at some places using USDT only, so I tried that but get this error when I try to do so and it seems I need to get any transaction of TRX to activate my address

Could somebody help me out with getting it activated by sending the min amount of trx possible to -> TLsEqvDnKn9ZwMf65z4K9SwR8aD3n62i28

I'd really appreciate it, or another way round this issue? Many thanks. I didn't anticipate this headache.
