Does nopaystation have a community and why are my uploads indefinitely pending

From what i've seen online nopaystation seems to have no community or support whatsoever, if it doesn't is it normal that whenever i upload a game to nopaystation it just stays in pending forever(for example i uploaded UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH Exe:Late[st] europe and its rap but it's not showing up in PKGi and staying in pending)
