Slow motion

The user is stronger the slower they move. They attempt to move slowly while grappling foes to overwhelm them. Their pinnacle is while standing still, but they can only achieve defensive feats with that level as no movement is allowed.

They have a restriction where moving faster than x speed at all puts them in zetsu.

They seem impossible to beat, facetanking, grappling and breaking foes and items, until a foe causes them to flinch reflexively, causing fast movement and putting them in zetsu where they’re struck down.

Hobbies include weightlifting slow with proper form, procrastinating and sitting still.
