Looking for either a moisturizer with SPF or a moisturizing SPF

I'm a huge fan of HaruHaru Wonder, because they're reasonably priced, vegan and I can get most of what I need from Target (I have a YesStyle account but I've heard the shipping times can be really long, plus I worry about tariffs etc, so I'd prefer not to have to use it).

Target doesn't carry their sunscreen, and I'm looking for either one that doubles as a moisturizer, or a moisturizer that contains SPF of at least 30, that I can get from Target or similar places.

My skin is quite acne prone, which is why I'm not just layering sunscreen over moisturizer, the thicker the layers on my skin gets, the more likely I'll break out. I'm also vegan, so needs to be ideally vegan or at least cruelty free.

The other one is scent/ smell. I don't have any issues with fragrance in products, as long as it doesn't smell gross (why is everything made to smell like cucumber or melon?? It's so gross 😭). And weirdly, a lot of "fragrance free" products smell nasty to me, a good example here is CeraVe. Fragrance free, but kinda smells like paint. I'm hoping someone also gets that, the weird paint smell in some products lol
