4K X freezing on Switch 2

I’ve been using the 4K X for a little over two months now, without any issues in OBS, but for some reason it’s frozen a couple of times mid-stream in the last few weeks.

The first time it happened I was playing Fire Emblem Engage. I was able to fix it by unplugging it and plugging it back in or by disabling it in OBS, but it has happened a few more times as well (while playing Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave this time).

I was wondering if anyone had also experienced this before and what I could do to prevent it.
The capture card wasn’t overly warm, I’m using the original cable plugged into a 20Gbps port, I am capturing at 4k 60fps.
