Heart rate between 100-107 hours after Infed test dose

After my test dose, I was getting chest tightness so my doctor decided to switch treatments and I start those next week. However, my heart rate started increasing and basically what the title says is what I’m going through and I wanna know if that’s normal or if I should seek medical attention.
