Galaxy S25 Ultra presets for motion photos with minimal blur

I wanna take photos of animals, moving kids, cars, buses in motion. And wanna have photos similar to iphone/pixel.

1, Is it possible to organize some kind of presets with quick start from somewhere?

2, Can s25 ultra be comparable to iphone/pixel in photo taking speed and quality?

3 Is samsung s25 ultra a decent cameraphone these days?

Because I really like OneUI features and would with to have s-pen in my smartphone )))
