Renewal with (PC 243(e)(1)) Dismissed and Sealed

Hi,

Have any of you had any issues renewing your DACA if you were arrested for (PC 243(e)(1)) (Domestic Battery), charges were dismissed, and the case has been sealed?

This will be the first time I apply under these conditions.
