Does anyone still play online Rise?

I played it a lot with friends and got to HR7 and beat the story, but with the sale for the DLC I wanted to play again but no longer have said friends to play with. Are lobbies active? Is there a dedicated lobby to join for armor farming or for rank grinding? I mainly main bow or gunlance if that helps

Thanks in advance!
