World Traveler sign

The house on the corner lot adjacent to the World Traveler sign is for sale. The current owners used to maintain a whimsical garden that made the place a perfect photo op for folks on a Sunday drive. I hope an aspiring person would take a chance on it! As a local, I would love for it to be a cozy coffee house or basic pub. I’m sure the tourists would appreciate a little gift shop or postcard rack for mementos
