Need to add a new tax charge.

The state we're in is implementing a new tax, and we have to get it set up for the new year going forward.

Our hotel uses PEP. Does anyone know how to get that ball rolling? All of my superiors have no clue and are now asking me and anyone below my employment level and it's kind of hilarious how everyone is so helpless.

Wondering if someone can clue me in so I can save the day and reap the credit.
