Concerned doctors are dismissing me due to weight. I think it could be EDS/HEDS or Rheumatoid Arthritis

I’m 40 Female and about 280lbs.I’ve struggled with body wide pain, muscle pain and cramps, migraines, food intolerances, gut issues, extreme fatigue, joints dislocation, slow to heal, and blood pooling in my leg as for as long as I can remember. I’ve had terrible luck finding a pcp who is willing to work with me until recently. In June I feel and dislocated my patella so bad I had to go to the er to reset it. The orthopedic doctor has done nothing but complain I’m not fix already. I finally get in with a rheumatologist and he’s upset about the condition of the knee and orders blood work. I advocate at the orthopedic doctor to get an MRI, results are posted and it’s alarming but not response from the doctor. I come in for the follow up with the rheumatologist and all I got was you’re fine… no explanations, no follow up. I’m becoming fearful of driving because of the fatigue and I’m struggling with my mobility, I wanted answers so I can have a foundation for treatment and get my life back. I have no village and a special needs child. I also have ADHD, autism, CPTSD, Fibromyalgia, and major depression so far. I just want to know if give the documents I’m sharing and medical history, should I get second opinion? I feel useless, doctors constantly complaining I just need to work harder, I’ve had extensive swelling with this injury and not one provider would tell what to take or how much to address the issue. I’m not sure if I’m being dramatic or I’m being gaslighted. Any suggestions are appreciated
