Blue Badge Class Q Part-Time Dental/Vision/Medical

1. Do Class Q get the same dental and vision that full timers get?

2. Is the medical insurance plans the same as full timers if we average 30+hours/week according to ACA?

Im just wondering if it will be the plans and same cost/premiums.
