How do you report a player?

I’ve played around 7000 battles and I’ve finally found the worst team mate I’ve had on my team, I’ve reported him in game, but is there any way I can take it further with wargaming support or anything?

(Context)

I’m in the Kurfurst, me and the other BB on our side need spotting assistance from the DD next to us (the player in question) we’ve both asked for support, they’ve done the “affirmative” but not moved, I’ve again asked for support and I get the “affirmative” but again they haven’t moved, they’re clearly there at the controller just no movement, they’re sat completely still just spamming the action wheel, not sure if I can put the players name in here, so won’t include it but I have screenshots and game clips of the incident, so whoever you are in the Z-52, congrats on being a complete waste of space team mate👍🏼
