Sudden adult cystic acne

Im 32 now, Ive struggled with inflamed cystic acne on and off since 17. Its almost always around my mouth/jaw area. It comes and goes to the point where sometimes my skin is completely clear. But this is the wrost flare I've ever had. The pictures don't do it justice. Its inflamed and painful, leaving dark purple scars behind. Im waking up with 3 to 4 new cysts ever day. This seemingly came out of no where after a month of pretty bad closed comodones that developed into this. Now I've had this for about a month or so. I can't think of anything new I've done. Since then I've started on tret 2 to 3x aweek and mandelic acid different nights. Always double cleanse, and use ls Roche pose b5 balm at night when not using actives. Im on spearmint tea, pumpkin seed oil, a ptobiotic and oregano oil pills for about 2 weeks with no difference. I wash pillow cases and makeup brushes. I eat almost only homemade abd pretty balanced like 80/20. I dont know what else to do! Tallow and oil based stuff has always broken me out so idk what else to try besides meds. Any advice appreciated!
