Advice on my first pickups for Tyranids/ Tyrannofex or Tervigon in 11th?

I just picked up Tyranids as my second army, i’ve been playing 40k for about 8 months now and absolutely love the hobby side, but have recently found a growing interest in playing competitively. Tyranids seem extremely fun to paint and play, so I picked up a box of::
- Warriors
- Ravengers
- Venomthropes
- Hive Guard
- Tyrannofex

at the LGS I work at (thank god for a staff discount and store credit). I was wondering if these kits are all viable to build a good list in 11th, if any of these models don’t see play/very little play or see a lot of play? and I am starting the Tyrannofex kit tonight and wanted to know if it’s better to build it as the Tervigon instead? thank you in advance and any and all advice for a new Tyranids player is welcomed!
