How do you know when relationship problems have become more than just a rough patch?
Every relationship goes through stressful periods and disagreements, but sometimes the same issues keep coming back without really getting resolved. Communication problems, constant arguments, feeling disconnected or struggling to rebuild trust can gradually start affecting the relationship in ways that aren't always obvious at first.
I think one of the difficult parts is knowing when you should simply give things time and when it's worth getting some outside help. You don't necessarily have to be at the point of considering separation before deciding that something needs more attention.
For couples in Brisbane, what do you think are the signs that a relationship could benefit from some extra support? Was there a particular issue or moment that made you realize it was time to do something about it?
