Fun stuff this weekend

Hey everyone, just wanted to shout out the SeaFeast this weekend at Squalicum Harbor. It's a free event with cooking demonstrations and a celebration of PNW seafood and fisheries. There are tours and boat excursions that you have to pay for. I know it's supposed to rain tomorrow but I think it will still be cool and the food will be amazing. I'm going with some friends.

Sunday is the Harvest Festival in Everson at the Everson Park from 10 am to 3 pm. Come support local farmers for the last market of the season! This is a free event as well with face painting, ice cream, live music, and a raffle for a big bag of Hemplars meat sticks.

I'm excited for the fall-inspired baked goods from Sunset Farm, and the veggies from a few vendors including a woman owned cooperative called Cooperative Tierra y Libertad. Fair Cows Path Farm will be there selling local grass fed and finished beef, Queenfisher Farms raises pastured lamb and chicken, and has fantastic eggs and duck eggs. There will also be a lot of other venders including food trucks, crafts, and more!
