Basement insulation system.

I have seen some sort of basement insulation system in model houses etc that I would like to do in my basement but I can’t find out what it is called or who sells it. It seems to be fiberglass or some sort of puffy insulation covered with white pvc sheeting. It seems to be attached to the wall with some sort concrete nails and ‘buttons’ or maybe spikes epoxied to the wall. The look is almost like a puffy jacket or quilt, but is clean and bright.
Anybody know what it is or who makes it?
