Is there a way to map multiple controllers and have the emulators detect when I'm using the handheld thor controls vs a BT controller?

For example on Cemu, I have controller 1 setup up as the Wii U Gamepad mapped with the Ayn controls, and for controller 2 I've tried mapping my 8bitDo Lite 2 as a Wii U Gamepad and a pro controller but it will always makes me use my AYN Thor controls unless I delete its mapping. Just wondering if there's a way to make it where I can just map both controllers and have them both be usable?
