Make the Play

Something i've noticed alot is players unwillingness to "make a play" especially when attacking/reclaiming a point. By that i mean they just sit expecting something to happen, either the tank will not move forward or push into a space cuz they're expecting the dps to get kills, dps will just shoot main and be perma locked in duels against their dps who just take cover and its like they're solely tunnel visioned on that duel, or even supports will just heal bot expecting eventually someone to make something happen.

Make the play. Take an off angle. Jump their backline. Go for a risky move. Switch it up. Stop expecting your team to do something for you. You are part of your team and you can be the one to make that move. Even if it fails at least you tried something different rather than locked in a stalemate or a slow grind against their team praying you get ult or a lucky pick when they're on 99%.

You can be that player that wins your team the game.
