“Reviewed r->b->se”

So, I requested medical records from a provider I had been seeing. I don’t want to reach out to her with this questions, so I thought I’d turn to the internet. I can’t figure out how to get the answer searching (might be user error. Sorry!)

Does anyone have an educated guess on what this provider meant by “ Reviewed r->b->se” in relation to treatment plan at the end of a visit summary? I know that either it’s a typo, a highly specific shorthand, or the answer is going to end up being super obvious. Thanks for any answers, especially if they’re right-ish 😊
