Round up or down

So I order from this one restaurant very often probably once a week. Today went to order and bill came to 32.82$ takeout I paid them 32.80$ they were looking at me as if I was robbing them blind.

I leave tips probably 85% of the time today I just paid
what I needed to. I think what pissed me off a bit was the look of the cashier’s face. I asked her did I miscount? She said no, but then said “you have the money”

Wtf

Money for what? If it’s 32.83 I would pay you 32.85 and you get to keep that change. If it’s 32.82 I keep the change. You Chose to Operate CASH ONLY rule.

Curious everyone’s take on this. Not going to put them on blast it’s a smaller sushi place in Richmond where 50% operate cash only….
