2010 sunroof reset?

Just dug around the manual and surfed the internet to no avail. Had to replace my roof control panel and now the back only goes up and down, will note I did have to manually crank it shut since it was stuck open when the first panel broke. I'm only finding methods for the newer 3s :( Help!!
