I'm tired of being surrounded by mentally ill people

I know this is bad, but I'm just tired of it. I'm tired of having people who need that from me, I'm tired of having friends who regularly turn on me and then beg forgiveness, I'm tired of having friends who refuse to eat and worrying about them, I'm tired of having friends disappear for hours and wondering if they're safe. I'm tired of being put in a place where if I don't react the way someone wants it causes them such severe pain. I don't even know what I want really, I just had to get this out somewhere
